He Founded a Leading Learning and Development Corporate, with Assessments as one of the core businesses as in 2006. Under his able leadership, the organization received several accolades including Highest Performing Partner Award from National Skills Development Corporation. Sanjeev had also founded and led NIS Sparta, India’s premier training and consulting organization. He is appointed as Chairman of Skill Development Committee – PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, among several other titles

Kamini Prasad (Chief Executive Officer and Director)

​Kamini is a seasoned professional with a rich experience of almost three decades. Today she is an expert in “Concept to Execution” of large-scale, mid-scale and small-scale events, majorly in the space of Education, Training and Assessments. She has been awarded and recognized for her contribution in this domain several times. She has been awarded the “Leading Woman Chief Operating Officer” at the Women Leaders in India Conference, 2010. An active speaker at various forums, from the early days of her career, she places a huge focus on, “Skilling and Education leading to Employability linked with Career opportunities”. She has been conferred with “Leading Woman Chief Operating Officer” at the Women Leaders in India, 2010, among several other honours.

Thomas Mathew (Senior Partner)

Thomas Mathew (prevalently known as Maty) has over 3 decades of rich experience in different organisations, with a focus on Education Learning and Assessments. In the past he has worked with a Leading Learning and Development Corporate, with Assessments as one of the core businesses Learning for 11 years, as Head of HR and Corporate Planning. He has also been associated with NIS Sparta and NIIT in leadership positions. He exhibits a combination of multi discipline domain expertise (HR, Finance, technology and management) and a non-invasive yet impactful approach to execution. He is a leader who allows room for his team implement their approach while is always available for guidance.
